Andrew is the General Manager of Higher Ground Pty Ltd NSW. Higher Ground Australia is a not-for-profit organization that was formed in 1999 and exists to encourage personal and corporate growth through the challenge of adventure.
Andrew has a wealth of real estate experience particularly with Industrial & Commercial real estate. Prior to working with Higher Ground, Andrew spent twenty-one years in the commercial property industry including seventeen years at Colliers International six of which saw him working with the Australian National Executive in various roles including NSW State Chief Executive.
Andrew has a strong community focus. He currently sits on the Board of the Uniting Church Trust Association which is responsible for funding up to 85% of the operational needs of the church through a variety of investment classes including direct property.
For the last seven years Andrew has organised the Tour de Kids charity ride and has raised in excess of $2,600,000 for the Starlight Children’s Foundation. A sportsman of some talent Andrew has represented Australia in Triathalon and Duathalon, has competed in the New York, Berlin and Sydney Marathons and walked the Kokoda Trail.
Andrew is married to Merryn and is a father of three children with another due in March 2008.
Wayne is the C.E.O. of Bourke’s Transport Industries Pty Ltd a large Road Transport Company based in Taree, NSW. This family owned company is in its sixty first year of operation and the business distributes Newspapers and Magazines for major Media Companies from Sydney to Brisbane and all areas in between. Under Wayne’s guidance the business continues to experience strong growth and provides a dedicated service operating 365 days a year.
Wayne and his wife Ros are active real estate investors starting out in residential property and purchasing well over 60 properties throughout Australia and New Zealand.
They have a demonstrated understanding of what makes a successful real estate deal. Wayne has a passion for flying, and in addition to holding his private pilot’s licence, has successfully built three planes, his latest being a Lancair IV which he flies regularly.
As father of four children Wayne believes strongly in the benefits of financial education. Accordingly Wayne and Ros have donated their time as supporters and key note speakers at many real estate events in Australia and the United States of America.
Craig is the Managing Director of The Investment Property Group Pty Ltd and a founding Director of Advanced Equity Pty Ltd. Craig was born in Auckland, New Zealand and has lived in Australia for the last 15 years with his wife Julie. They have two young children.
An experienced real estate investor, Craig with his wife Julie, has a portfolio of property located around Australia and New Zealand. An award winning Event Director and trustee of the Auckland Children’s Theatre Academy, Craig’s skills for conceptualization and lateral thought have earned him the respect of his peers as a sought after business consultant.
In 2005 Craig was a driving force in developing Australia’s first Shared Appreciation mortgage products, Craig was acknowledged for creating a viable investment model that provided a much needed solution for first homeowners entering the market and retired Australian’s looking to safely fund their retirement.
